Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering is preferred. Degrees in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Compliance, HR) will also be considered. Professional certifications in relevant areas will be an added advantage. Experience Requirements: At least 8 years of professional experience in the RMG/Textile sector. Prior experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable. Experience in Training Institutes, Consulting Firms, or E-commerce Startups will benefit applicants. Additional Skills: Strong presentation & communication skills in both Bangla and English. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and delivering training content. A dedication to educating and mentoring others.
