Job Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy for enterprise ERP web applications, ensuring designs address end-to-end user journeys
- Develop and maintain atomic design systems and component libraries
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
- Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes
- Design interactive dashboards with data visualization
- Apply heuristic evaluation and cognitive load reduction techniques
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams
- Leverage analytics platforms for data-driven UX optimizations
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and alignment sessions
- Ensure compatibility across web and mobile environments.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
