Job Responsibilities

Job Description
IDLC Finance PLC. is looking for dynamic and diligent professionals for the position of Vetting Analyst under its Legal Vetting function within Credit Risk Management (CRM). The selected individuals will be primarily responsible for examining and vetting land/property documents to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, while also supporting litigation processes and legal risk mitigation efforts. This role is crucial for safeguarding IDLC’s interests in property-backed transactions and legal proceedings.As aVetting Analyst, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities including:Examination and verification of Land/Property documents for legal compliance.Preparing comprehensive vetting reports on land/property documents.Providing professional opinions on the authenticity of ownership of land/property.Drafting different types of deeds, agreements, and letters of indemnity.Visiting various government offices to confirm the genuineness of deeds and other land documents.Maintaining a management information system (MIS) of daily/weekly/monthly activities.Representing IDLC Finance PLC before judicial courts and ensuring legal compliance in litigation.Filing suits to recover outstanding loans from defaulting customers.Maintaining liaison with panel lawyers and keeping track of legal proceedings.Updating management on changes in local laws and regulations.To qualify for this position, candidate must have:A Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree.At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal vetting, especially in Leasing and Investment sectors.Strong knowledge of relevant laws such as the Transfer of Property Act and other associated acts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to type Bengali.This position also offers several benefits including a festival bonus and competitive salary ranges:Officer Grade- II: BDT 31,000-41,000Officer Grade- III: BDT 36,000-46,000If you possess the necessary qualifications and desire to be a part of a reputable organization, we encourage you to apply for this vital role today!
