Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Background in Tourism & Hospitality, English, or Business Studies is a plus.)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in preparing complete visa applications for first-world destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea).
- Guide applicants in preparing supporting documents such as bank statements, employment letters, solvency certificates, travel history, and accommodation proof.
- Review and check all documents carefully to minimize mistakes and avoid rejection.
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding the type of visa suitable for them.
- Give clear guidance on requirements, processing times, and embassy/VFS center procedures.
- Handle client queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
- Maintain updated knowledge of embassy rules, submission requirements, appointment systems, and biometric processes.
- Assist clients in booking embassy or VFS appointments, completing online application forms (DS-160, UKVI, Schengen forms, ImmiAccount, etc.).
- Train and prepare clients for visa interviews, helping them understand possible questions and how to answer them confidently.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Report daily updates to management regarding application status, client feedback, and challenges faced.
- Maintain client records with confidentiality and integrity.
