Here’s a detailed overview of what this role entails:About the JobAs a Visa & Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing tourist visa applications for popular destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, among others. Your main duties will include:Overseeing and managing visa applications and travel documentation for clients.Utilizing OTA systems to handle flight reservations, bookings, and cancellations.Providing clients with information about connections, pricing, and flight itineraries.Processing refunds and reissues for tickets, ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.Advising clients on visa requirements and assisting them throughout the visa application process.Managing travel-related inquiries and providing expert guidance on visa documentation and requirements for various countries.Engaging with clients to ensure their travel needs are met satisfactorily.Contributing to marketing efforts, particularly for visa processes and travel campaigns.This position requires not only technical skills but also excellent customer service and communication abilities.Required Skills and QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; candidates with degrees in tourism or hospitality management are encouraged to apply.1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry.Strong proficiency in Air Ticketing and Visa processing.Excellent English writing and communication skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.Experience with marketing tools like Meta Ads campaigns is a plus.Additional InformationAge Requirement: 30 to 40 years.Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.Full-time position with office work environment.Salary and BenefitsSalary: BDT 15,000 - 20,000 per month.Two yearly festival bonuses and performance bonuses.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and work at a vibrant travel agency, we want to hear from you!
