This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can create memorable dining experiences for our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and escort customers to their tables with a warm smile.Present the menu and provide detailed information about dishes, including ingredients, portion sizes, and potential allergens.Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses to create an inviting atmosphere.Inform guests of the day's specials and assist with menu recommendations as needed.Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS software or order slips.Communicate accurately with the kitchen staff regarding orders.Provide timely service by delivering food and drink orders to tables.Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of dishes and kitchenware.Arrange table settings and keep the dining area tidy at all times.Handle payments and deliver checks to customers efficiently.Assist in carrying dirty dishes and utensils back to the kitchen.Participate in daily briefings with restaurant staff about specials and service changes.Adhere to all health department regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining experience.Strive to provide excellent customer service at all times.RequirementsEducation: Minimum HSC or equivalent.Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role, experience in a restaurant is preferred.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Age: 18 to 38 years.Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome.Required SkillsExcellent presentation and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively.Positive attitude and eagerness to help guests.Work Environment & BenefitsFull-time position with an engaging work environment.Location: Dhaka, Gulshan 2.Salary: BDT 10,000 - 15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).Additional benefits include:Tour allowance and half-yearly salary reviews.Attendance bonus and tips.Don't miss out on this chance to be part of a thriving restaurant!
