Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, issuing, dispatching).
- Ensure proper documentation of all inwards and outwards inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies with records.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO system for raw materials, trims, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.
- Maintain inventory management system (ERP/Manual) and generate required reports.
- Monitor aging stock and take necessary action.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, merchandising, and distribution teams to ensure timely material supply.
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished garments to buyers/local distribution points.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
