Here’s what you need to know about this exciting opportunity:Job ResponsibilitiesWelfare Management & Support: Monitor the implementation of welfare facilities for all employees. Assist workers in accessing welfare benefits and healthcare services.Training & Awareness: Organize sessions on health, safety, and legal rights. Conduct training programs to enhance compliance knowledge and personal well-being.Grievance Handling: Document and address worker grievances promptly and transparently. Ensure follow-up by fostering open communication.Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure welfare activities comply with Bangladesh Labor Law and maintain proper records for audits.Engagement & Reporting: Organize cultural programs to enhance employee morale and prepare reports on welfare activities.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor/Honors degree.Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the garment industry.Skills: Strong compliance management skills and knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.Age: 30 to 35 years.
