Job Responsibilities
- Ensure overall employee welfare and maintain good workplace environment.
- Handle worker grievances and provide proper solutions.
- Support compliance team in labor law & buyer code of conduct issues.
- Monitor canteen, medical, transport, and other welfare facilities.
- Assist in arranging training, awareness sessions, and worker engagement programs.
