Job Responsibilities
- Install and maintain WiFi lines as per client requirements.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and assessments to determine optimal locations for installations.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to effectively manage wiring and installations across designated areas.
- Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning lines.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain records of work completed and report any discrepancies in service.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Enabled Services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla; additional languages are a plus.
