Job Description
A prestigious healthcare provider, SAHADALI DIAGNOSTIC CENTER, is seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technologist to become a part of our dynamic team in Kushtia. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring accurate imaging results, and maintaining high standards of radiation safety protocols. Prepare patients for X-ray procedures by explaining the process and alleviating their concerns. Operate and maintain X-ray and other related imaging equipment. Capture high-quality X-ray images as per the physician's instructions. Ensure adherence to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment history and imaging results. Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to review images and determine the need for further studies. Process exposed film or digital images and ensure proper storage and dissemination to relevant medical staff. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on X-ray equipment. Deliver timely reports on X-ray results to ensure effective patient care. Maintain high professional ethics, including patient confidentiality and empathetic care. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or a diploma in Radiology. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in X-ray technology. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Age between 18 to 35 years is preferred. Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care. Job Nature: This is a full-time position situated in our office located in Kushtia (Kushtia Sadar).
