Job Responsibilities
- Strengthen the Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) network in the concerned Division.
- Expand VBD’s presence in schools, colleges, and public and private universities across the concerned districts.
- Build effective communication channels between the National Board, Divisional Board, and District Committees.
- Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies and bylaws in all volunteer activities.
- Compile and maintain data and information on volunteers, projects, and campaigns.
- Submit bills and necessary financial documentation to JAAGO HQ.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Join the JAAGO Foundation and make a real difference!JAAGO Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Coordinator to spearhead our volunteer initiatives across multiple divisions in Bangladesh, including Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Rangpur, and Sylhet. Your main responsibility will be to strengthen our Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) network and create impactful youth empowerment programs.Strengthen the Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) network in the concerned Division.Expand VBD’s presence in educational institutions across concerned districts.Build effective communication channels between the National Board, Divisional Board, and District Committees.Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies in all volunteer activities.Compile and maintain data on volunteers, projects, and campaigns.Submit necessary financial documentation to JAAGO HQ.Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.Supervision and Management:Conduct and monitor organizational activities in the designated Division.Oversee volunteer-led meetings and campaigns.Ensure regular inspection and presence during volunteer activities.Support the implementation of sustainable initiatives by volunteers.Program Planning and Implementation:Plan events and activities for youth and volunteers.Facilitate skill development training for VBD volunteers.Develop divisional programs aligned with our goals.Communication and Networking:Foster partnerships with local clubs and organizations.Maintain communication with stakeholders, including local government.Coordinate local and national events.Monitoring and Reporting:Ensure proper reporting of divisional and district-level activities.Monitor and assess the impact of volunteer initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, preferably in Sociology.1 to 3 years of experience in NGO-related work.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Fluency in Bangla and English.Benefits:Attractive starting salary of BDT 23,000 - 24,000.Weekly 2 holidays and all monetary benefits included.If you’re inspired by youth empowerment and community engagement, we invite you to apply directly through our online portal.
