We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the position of সাহায্যকারী মহাঅঞ্চল ব্যবস্থাপক / জোনাল ম্যানেজার who will lead our initiatives across multiple divisions including Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, and Dhaka. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in our ongoing efforts to provide vitality to the community through our diverse microfinance programs. About Ashrai Ashrai was founded in 1990 by Dr. Ahsan Ali in response to the acute issues faced by the tribal communities during his Ph.D. research. Our mission focuses on the realization of human rights and dignity for the oppressed, especially targeting women and marginalized communities. Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the microfinance program, ensuring the implementation of effective strategies. Lead a team of branch managers across various districts, providing necessary support and guidance. Assess and monitor the performance of microfinance operations to drive optimum outcomes. Coordinate with local stakeholders and community members to identify needs and challenges. Prepare and submit reports to management detailing progress and future initiatives. Facilitate training and workshops to build capacity among staff and beneficiaries. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Master's degree in any discipline. At least 5 years of experience, ideally in a leadership role within the microfinance sector. Proficient understanding and experience managing multiple branches and substantial loan portfolios. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to drive a motorcycle – a valid license is essential. Experience with community organizing and stakeholder engagement. Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive salary structure with the following benefits: Initial monthly salary of BDT 44,764 (for the training period), rising to BDT 56,930 post-confirmation throughout Bangladesh and BDT 66,170 specifically for Dhaka. Motorcycle fuel and repair allowances along with mobile allowances. Annual increments based on performance reviews. Access to other welfare fund facilities provided by the organization.
